Job Summary: Evaluate, assess, plan and implement treatments; actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communications; behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objective of CMH and performs other duties as requested.
• Graduate of an accredited college with a Bachelor or Masters Degree in appropriate discipline
• Must complete department annual competencies and HealthStream
• Licensed by the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts or eligible for such licensure
• Adheres to professional code of ethics (APTA/AOTA/ASHA) • Healthcare Provider CPR within 6 months of employment
